Our History
DIAM was founded in France in 1973 by Mr Yvon Poullain, with its core business being injection of innovative plastic products. Later becoming a leader in POS material and a privileged partner of many leading beauty brands in France and in the UK, for both Mass and Luxury cosmetics. Serving all the major beauty brands since more than 30 years. The group then expanded its activities in many countries, to support the Brands in their expansion, notably in the USA and China (2006-2007), then in 20 countries. Diam also lead acquisitions to develop a large offer, from Merchandising to Shopfitting, in 2013, also to Niche Packaging and services, with both acquisitions and organic growth.

Today, DIAM is a world leader in Prestige merchandising for Beauty and Luxury Brands, with a strong position in Mass and Premium Merchandising, also in Shopfitting and Niche Packaging, with a fantastic growth over the last 10 years (sales multiplied by 4 between 2010 and 2013), thanks to the trust of our clients. While developing geographical presence and an extended portfolio in Merchandising and Shopfitting, we have also developed different brands to reflect different complementary capabilities (DIAM, Fieldflex, Prugent, CONEX, Retail3d, B2D, MR, FPM). While we grow, we aim at always remaining agile with small entities locally, as well as dedicated teams by client.
